1. General Provisions

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules

5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳11,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period — the bonus will be cancelled once the time limit has passed
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless explicitly stated
- Bonuses are for personal use only — they cannot be transferred to a third party
- If bonus abuse is suspected, a2z365 reserves the right to cancel the bonus

6. Gaming Rules

- If a round is cancelled due to a network disconnection, the stake will be refunded
- After a game round has ended, its result cannot be changed

11.2 Closure by the User
